VoipSwitch Manager

VoipSwitch Manager is an interface, which enables to monitor the
entire system. It is divided into 5 windows that contain the
following:

graphic
representation of the incoming and outcoming traffic, presented in
the real time. Current connection status, connection time, causes of
changing the connection status, the name of the client performing
the call, important messages sent by the endpoints, additional
information e.g. exceeding the client’s account limit (what results
in terminating the call), lack of funds and others.

graphic
representation of the clients using pc2phone/webphone and
callback/webcallback services – with the division into clients
currently logged in and already logged out, additional information
e.g. log in/log out time, calls preformed, etc.

registered VOIP
equipment – different icons for equipment registered to h323
gatekeeper and SIP registrar. The current status of registered
equipment is presented along with the additional information e.g.
name of the account, or IP address

external
gatekeepers and SIP registrar into which VoipSwitch logs in.
Information on the current status – logged in/logged out

log’s window –
all of the important information on client authorization,
registration to the external gatekeepers /SIP registrars, alarm
messages and others are displayed in this window.

statistics
window- it displays the current number of incoming calls, number of
calls connected, total number of carried out calls, total number of
logged in users and ASR
.
